Products, Prices & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colors and prices accurate. Actual colors can vary by screen. Products are subject to availability. Prices may change. Obvious material pricing errors may be corrected before fulfillment.

Orders

Customers must provide accurate name, phone, address, city and payment information where applicable. FlaxPret may verify, accept, reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect information, suspected fraud, delivery limitations or payment issues.

COD & Online Payment

COD is available in areas served by our courier arrangements. Repeated refusal or fraudulent misuse may result in future COD restrictions. Online payments are available through supported payment methods and third-party provider terms may apply.

Shipping

Shipping is within Pakistan only. Estimated delivery is within 7 days under normal circumstances. Delivery charges are according to the applicable delivery requirements and may vary by destination/courier/order.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and exchanges are subject to the 7-day Return & Exchange Policy. Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy. FlaxPret provides no separate product warranty unless a product listing expressly states otherwise. These policies do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual Property

FlaxPret's name, logo, website design, graphics, photographs, text, product descriptions, videos and other content are owned by or licensed to FlaxPret unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Reviews & Website Availability

Customer reviews/content must be truthful and lawful. FlaxPret may moderate unlawful or abusive content. We aim to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party failures or events outside reasonable control.

Applicable Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms operate subject to applicable laws of Pakistan and Punjab, including applicable consumer-protection requirements. Nothing here is intended to exclude a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
