Refund policy
Eligible return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.
Eligible Cases
- Wrong product delivered
- Wrong size delivered due to FlaxPret's fulfillment error
- Product arrived damaged
- Confirmed manufacturing defect
- Product materially differs from the ordered product
Product Condition
Unless the issue is attributable to FlaxPret or applicable law provides otherwise, returned items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached and original packaging where applicable.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Worn or washed products
- Altered products
- Missing/deliberately damaged tags
- Customer-caused damage
- Items showing signs of use
Size Exchange
Size exchange is available within 7 days, subject to availability and product condition. Applicable return/redelivery charges will be communicated.

Email info@flaxpret.com or call/WhatsApp 03716523675. Include order number, name, phone number, product, reason and photographs/evidence where reasonably required.
Returned products may be inspected before approval. This policy does not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
