FlaxPret currently ships within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available.

Orders are normally processed after confirmation. Sales, promotions, holidays or high-volume periods may increase processing time.

Estimated delivery: within 7 days under normal circumstances. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Delivery charges: according to applicable delivery requirements and may vary by destination, courier, package, order value or promotion.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may cause delay, failed delivery or additional charges.

If a delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery or does not respond to the courier, the order may be returned. Subsequent delivery may carry additional charges.

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier issues, traffic, remote locations, natural disasters, government restrictions or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
